The differences are a matter of tread width, tire diameter and load rating.

The Kenda 205/75-14 tire, part # AM10235 has a section width (maximum width of tire) of 8.1 inches and a diameter of 26.3 inches and a load rating of 2200 lbs per tire.

The 215/75-14 tire only comes in a load range C in part # AM10229 which has a section width of 8.5 inches and a slightly larger diameter of 26.8 inches, However, since we had to go down to a Load Range C, it has as a lower 1870 lb per tire load rating.
