Recommended Wiring Harness for 2016 Ram 1500 and Trailer
Question:
Can you recommend a Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package for a 2016 Dodge Quadcab 1500? Can I get the wiring pin outs as I am rebuilding a trailer its my fathers in bad shape and I need to replace the wiring throughout the trailer. You came recommended to me. Kind Regards,

The trailer wiring harness I recommend for a 2016 Ram 1500 is the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package part # C55774. This Curt harness offers plug-n-play installation for models with the factory tow package, both 4 and 7-way trailer connection points, and it comes with its own mounting bracket.
If you will be rewiring the trailer as well, the 4-Way Trailer Wiring Harness part # A35W42B will work well. If the trailer has brakes or a battery you'll need the Trailer Wiring 7-Way Upgrade Kit w/ Junction Box part # HS381-9000 as well.
