Yes. The Curt # 13322 is a confirmed fit on your 2007 Chevy Silverado 1500 and will provide you with a Class III 2" hitch receiver for towing. If you also need a wiring harness for your truck I recommend using the Curt # C55774 since it will provide you with both a 4 way and 7 way connector that allows you to tow a variety of different trailers. This is an easy, plug and play installation to the existing US car connector at the rear of your Silverado.
If you need a ball mount and hitch ball to complete your towing setup, the etrailer # EBMK2216 is a great choice if you tow with different trailers, since it comes with 2" and 2-5/16" hitch balls. The ball mount can be used as a 1" rise or 2" drop, so it really is a great option because of the versatility it provides.
