Bike Rack Recommendation to Carry Montague Paratrooper and E-Bike
Question:
Wondering if a Montague paratrooper bike with its thicker bar would fit On this rack? The other bike is a rad step thru e bike with a water bottle Holder which I mite have to remove for transport?

I have a much better bike rack solution I can give you but the frame clamps of the Saris Freedom part # SA4412B aren't going to work for your Montague Paratrooper and won't work well with the e-bike either. Instead your best option is a rack that uses clamps to grab the top tube like the Thule Easy Fold XT part # TH903202 which was intended for carrying heavier e-bikes with step through frames like what you have. It even comes with a ramp to help make loading and unloading bikes easier as well.
