Would these base rails fit in a 2004 F250 super duty with a 6’9” bed

We have universal Reese fifth wheel rails that have been confirmed as a fit for your 2004 Ford F-250 short bed with the part # RP30035 which install in the exact same way as the Curt # C16200 that you referenced so yes this would fit.

With that said the Curt custom install kit part # C16443-204 would be the best Curt option as it will be much easier to install. It won't require frame drilling either. It's little more money but it will save you a lot of headache and time!
