I do have a couple of great options for you to carry your bikes. According to Hollywood Racks the issue is that when a vehicle is connected to an RV it can change the way that vehicle tracks behind the motor home which can cause movement/bouncing and additional stress on the bike rack on the back of the towed vehicle. For this reason Hollywood Racks has determined the Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack part # HR200Z not suitable for the back for use on the back of a towed vehicle.
I recommend to use the Swagman Dispatch 2 Bike Platform Rack part # S44FR. Swagman has tested this bike rack on the back of towed vehicles and has approved it's use on flat tow applications. It is a sturdy reinforced platform rack that can carry 2 bikes. It also comes with the hitch and bike locks to protect your investments and you won't need to worry about purchasing those separately. I have attached a video for your reference. This is the best value platform bike rack option available that is approved for flat tow vehicles.
Another option for you is to use a Roadmaster Dual Hitch Receiver Adapter part # RM-077-4 in your motor home's hitch and put the Hollywood Racks Trail Rider 2 Bike Platform Rack part # HR200Z in the top receiver while flat towing the Jeep. The dual hitch receiver does have a 4" drop so you wan't to make sure this is appropriate to tow your Jeep level. I have attached a link of the other dual receiver adapters available.
