Yes, the Tekonsha OEM Replacement Vehicle Wiring Harness w Brake Controller Adapter # TK22113 will work for your 2020 Dodge Durango without the factory tow package. This tees in behind your tail lights and then gives you all of the wiring and parts you need for a fully functional 7-Way plug.
For a brake controller I really like the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite # RED44FR because it is the most versatile brake controller we have and it uses a color-code system to tell you what's going on so you don't have to try to read a screen. The main unit for the controller can be mounted virtually anywhere which means you can basically place the control knob wherever you want it! To connect this to the Tekonsha wiring kit you need the Adapter # 331-TPH-017.
If you don't already have a trailer hitch then I recommend the Draw-Tite # DT38MR because it has a hidden crosstube and also an integrated bracket you can use with part # HM48625 to mount the 7-Way socket. Please note that with this hitch, or any other ones, it will fit with an 18" full size spare tire, but anything larger than that won't fit with this.
For a ball mount I recommend looking at the kit # 989891 which includes a 1-7/8" hitch ball, 2" hitch ball, a ball mount with a 3/4" rise/2" drop, a pin and clip, as well as a storage bag. You will want to check out the attached ball mount article to ensure that this ball mount has the correct rise/drop for your towing application.
