The best source for this type of information is going to be your vehicle's owners manual, especially since there is some conflicting information. From what I was able to find, the 2015 Chevy Cruze Diesel has a towing capacity of up to 1000-lbs, which may or may not be enough to tow a small camper. You can find out the dry weight of your camper by checking the spec sticker, which should be located somewhere on the trailer tongue or the body of the camper. I would also recommend consulting your owner's manual to confirm this, since towing more than it is rated for could damage the vehicle.

If you don't already have a hitch on the back of it, the Draw-Tite # 24882 you were looking at is a good choice. In order to complete your towing set up you'll also need a wiring harness, ball mount and hitch ball. For a wiring harness, I recommend using the Tekonsha # 118508 because we've found that the Tekonsha harnesses tend to have a more reliable converter box than some of the others. This harness will offer you a plug and play installation by teeing into the tail lights on the driver and passenger side to provide you with a 4 way connector for your trailer.

For a ball mount, you can use something like the Draw-Tite # 3593 which is designed for Class I hitch receivers and accepts hitch balls with 3/4" shanks. You'll then need to determine the coupler size on your trailer to pick a hitch ball. If your coupler accepts a 1-7/8" hitch ball you'll want to use something like the # 19256 ; if your coupler accepts 2" hitch balls you can use the # 19258.

I've also linked some helpful review and installation videos on these products that you might want to have a look at, as well.
