Availabilty of Adapter to Use Demco Hijacker Autoslide 5th Wheel Hitch on 2020 Ford F-250
Question:
I have a Demco Hijacker Autoslide that was used in the bed rails in my older F250, but I want to install it in my 2020 F-250 with the factory pucks. Is that an adapter that would allow me to do this?

There is indeed an adapter that will allow you use your existing Hijacker Autoslide such as # DM8550034 in your 2020 F250. You'll want to use the # DM6175 adapter. The adapter will drop into the existing pucks (there might be some initial adjustment necessary) providing industry standard rails for your hitch to connect to.
If the new truck doesn't have a 7-way installed in the truck bed, you can install one using part # C57008. If you click the provided link, you can see installation instructions for the wiring harness.
