Checking to verify fit of the Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs - Rear Axle Item # F2710. My truck is a 2020 Ram 3500 Dually 4WD. The information says it fits the Ram 3500 pickup truck but didn’t specifically mention a Dually.

The Firestone Ride-Rite Red Label Air Helper Springs part # F2710 are a fit for your 2020 Ram 3500 with dual tires. This particular Ride-Rite kit is compatible with a in-bed hitch like a fifth wheel hitch or goose neck. It is not compatible with the factory air assist system.
I do recommend to get an air compressor to make inflating the bags much more convenient. Instead of carrying around a bulky compressor in the truck or stopping at a gas station for air the compressor allows you to inflate/deflate the bags from your cab. I recommend the Air Command Compressor System w/ Wireless Remote and Heavy Duty Compressor part # F96VV because its wireless so you won't need to extend air lines to the cab. It comes with a wireless remote so you can inflate or deflate the bags from inside or outside the cab.
If you want a more cost effective option, I recommend the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor part # F2219 which has a in cab gauge and switch so it does require air lines to the cab. It is still a great option with a heavy duty compressor.
