Can a telluride is rated 5000 pounds with tung weight Of 351 is that looking at this with leveling bars and anti Sway bars is the tung weight based on frame capacity Or how it’s bolted on ?

The towing capacity of a 2020 Kia Telluride is indeed 5,000 lbs gross trailer and 351 lbs tongue weight. These figures are only true though if the trailer has brakes to aid in stopping otherwise it would be less, 1,650 lbs gross trailer weight and 351 lbs tongue weight. In regards to what goes into these figures, there are several factors involved of which how it is attached being just one of many. The weight capacity listed for this vehicle will not increase with a weight distribution system or load leaving bars as you put. That said, you also don't have to have them in order to retain the above capacities.
