I couldn't find your order number to determine the exact weight distribution system you ordered from us, and the system matters due to their different tongue weight ranges. This is important because when choosing a weight distribution system for any trailer, you determine the correct system by your total tongue weight (TTW), which is the the tongue weight of your fully loaded and ready to go trailer plus the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of your tow vehicle (in your case, a 2004 Ram). The correct system is one in which your TTW falls in the middle of the weight distribution system's capacity.

This may sound a little confusing, but I promise it's actually pretty simple and I'll use your Keystone Hideout as an example. Since your rig has a GVWR of 6,200 lbs, and tongue weight is between 10% and 15% of a trailer's GVWR, you likely have a tongue weight between 700 lbs and 800 lbs, and any gear behind your axle would add to that. So if your TTW was 800 lbs, the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA92-00-1000 would be perfect because it has a TTW range of between 600 lbs and 1,000 lbs.

If the system you ordered from us had this same range it would be perfect. If you aren't sure of your tongue weight the simplest way to find it is a scale like the etrailer Tongue Weight Scale # e99044.

I have added links to our entire selection of weight distribution systems as well as a link to a number of help articles on weight distribution that I strongly recommend taking a look at.
