Item # 75836 this hitch has the 2" by 2" receiver tube opening and allows you to use a much wider variety of accessories in it as compared to the other model. The installation process is just about identical and they both leave the vehicle with a nice clean look.

With that said if you already have a bunch of 1 1/4" by 1 1/4" accessories then the Curt Class 2 is the better choice.
