Best Way to Reduce Sag When Towing with 2018 Ford F-150
Question:
Have a blue Ox hitch . I have a 2018 F-150, 4WD ,7000GVW ,tow package,3.5 ecoboost, towing a 27ft Airstream. Not heavily loaded trailer, not heavily loaded truck. It used to sit level when I bought the trailer. I recently put on new tires and a 2inch lift to the front of the truck to level it out. I measured the receiver before and after the tires/lift. It went up only about 3/8. But now I notice a sag at the hitch. Truck seems to be low in the back end, same tension on the hitch bars and all? So my question is should I use some airbags to level it up needs to come up an inch or two at the most to be level, I have heard airbags might not be the answer. If I raise the hitch up a notch wont the truck still be squating? Seems like Im experiencing a slight difference in front driving the truck.

Lift kits aren't often designed to be used when towing so first thing you might do is check with the manufacturer of the lift kit to see if towing is okay to do with it installed.
An air bag kit would add additional support like you would need so you could use the Firestone # F2582 which does fit your truck. But a better option would be a weight distribution system which take some of the tongue weight and distributes it back up to the front axle to reduce sag and improve handling and braking.
For that I would recommend the Reese Strait Line part # RP66083 which also features best sway control as well.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
