The best place to start when choosing a weight distribution setup is to confirm the fully loaded and ready to tow tongue weight of the travel trailer. Make sure the weight of anything stowed in the truck bed behind the rear axle is included in that tongue weight figure. I'll link you to a help article that will explain a few methods of determining the actual as-towed tongue weight.
Why is it so important to know the ready-to-tow tongue weight, you might ask? Because that's how weight distribution kits are classified. The Fastway E2 you'd looked at, part # FA94-00-1000 is an excellent system that would work great for you. It's effective on trailers with tongue weights ranging from 600-1000 lbs, which is likely right in the range where your camper's tongue weight will be fully loaded. If you find that the tongue weight is closer to or exceeds 1000 lbs, you'll want to take a step up in capacity to # FA92-00-1200 which is good for 800-1200 lbs of tongue weight.
Either setup mentioned above includes the adjustable shank, but the trailer ball is sold separately. For a 2-5/16 ball, use # 19286 or # A-90 for a 2 inch ball.
