A solid option of hitch that won't interfere with the bumper sensors (although you may need to kit to the sides of the receiver instead of swiping your foot) on your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR. The hitch will hide the receiver tube so all you see is the receiver just like the included example. The hitch is also coated in a matte finish that helps prevent corrosion.
The 2" receiver can carry a variety of accessories including bike racks like the Kuat Transfer 2 Bike Platform Rack # KU74FR or cargo carriers like the 24x60 Curt Cargo Carrier for 2" Hitches # C18152
