Does Curt Hitch for 2020 Toyota RAV4 Require Stabilizer Strap When Carrying Bike Rack

Question:

If I install this Curt hitch on my 2020 Toyota RAV4 am I am going to have to use a stabilizer strap with my bike rack? It's a Thule T2.

Curt no longer requires or recommends the stabilizer strap with hitch accessories installed in their trailer hitches like the Curt # C13416 that fits your 2020 Toyota RAV4. So you would not need to use the strap when you carry your Thule T2 part # TH9044 with this hitch.
