looks like everything goes to 2019 but not 2020 . is there the same or different options

I believe you are asking about air bag suspension options for a 2020 Ford F-250 Super duty. I recommend Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs - Double Convoluted part # F35FV which is a fit for the 2020 and compatible with an in-bed hitch. The Firestone bags are constructed of a 4-ply construction compared to the 2 layers of the other options. They have an adjustable air pressure from 5 to 100 PSI and a rolled crimp seal so they do not tear away from the roll plate like some of the other options. Air bags do a great job at leveling out the load, reducing any rear sag you may be experiencing without sacrificing ride quality.
I recommend to use the Firestone Air Command II - Analog Gauge w/ Heavy Duty Compressor - Dual Function part # F2219 to inflate the bags on the go instead of stopping at a convenience station or carrying around a bulky compressor. This system is also dual path so you can level out the payload if you need to.
