Does Installing EcoHitch in 2020 Subaru Outback Affect Back Up Sensors
Question:
Will the Ecohitch mess with my back up sensors?

The EcoHitch Hidden Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2" part # EH34FR Will have no effect on the back up sensors on your 202 Subaru Outback. It is a very nice hitch that helps to maintain a very clean look after installation. Most of the hitch is hidden behind the rear fascia and you will only see the receiver tube opening. It is produced using an alloy of recycled steel, aluminum and stainless steel so it also has the lowest carbon footprint of any of the hitches available.
For vehicle wiring I recommend using the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector
part # C56040. This will give you a 4-way flat trailer connector to use with small trailers or lighted cargo carriers. It installs very easily in the rear hatch area of your Outback by simply plugging it into an existing port and will require no modification of your vehicle or its wiring.
