Lippert 4 Point Leveling System not Functioning

Question:

We have a 2017 Enter Insignia. Been a couple months since use, occasional starts for the chases batteries only. Recently was changing storage facilities to have electric hook up and noticed front right jack extended a few inches, all others are up. tried to turn on the unit to retract that one jack, or extend all then retract, etc. But unit wouldnt respond. Then the 5 warning lights on the left side of panel started to flash. thats all it will do now.

I recommend disconnecting 12V electrical power from the main system control panel for a few minutes. Usually about 15-minutes without power does it. This will reset the system and should operate as normal.

Once reconnected to power if you still have error codes please tell us the part number and serial number from your control panel and we can work with Lippert to find a fix or the correct replacement part, such as a Control Panel # LC175225.

Hi, Randy: I have this control panel for my 2018 Forest River Georgetown GT5. Recently, the panel freezes with the following LED lights on: "Jack down" LED is steady on; "Right arrow" LED is steady on; the rear LED flashes. Do you know what error it means? I did unplug the harness to the panel for like 3 minutes while the panel is powered on, then reconnect. The panel is still frozen. I manually retracted all jacks up by following the instructions. But the three LED lights still function as what I said earlier.

That's not an error sequence I recognize. If you unplugged the panel from power and reconnected - and the error LEDs persist, it could indeed indicate a bad panel that simply needs replacement. Most likely there's an internal short. If you have the 4-Point System you can use part # LC175225.
