Where to Position Jack When Installing New Springs and Over Under Kit

Where to place jack under axel when trying to flip the hangers, or should 2 jacks be used

It sounds like you're trying to install an over-under kit like the Dexter Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00 to re-position your # e27SR springs over the axle. I recommend using the trailer frame to jack the trailer up off the ground and use jack stands under the axle and trailer frame if possible, to hold everything up and avoid damaging anything.
If you're just doing repairs on the equalizers or hangers, jacking the trailer up by the axle is also ok, but I would still recommend using jack stands for safety.
