The Flash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch part # FA49-00-5900 itself is pretty solid at those points on the when compared to something like the MaxxTow adjustable mount which seems to be very loose fitting. For the adjustable ball portion there isn't a good anti rattle device that will work. or the connection point to the hitch you can use the Roadmaster Quiet Hitch for 2" Trailer Hitches part # RM-061 this is my favorite anti rattle because it is rock solid. By eliminating the movement at this point you'll reduce the movement on the other portion but it will not be without movement.

I've included the link to the video I did on the Quiet Hitch for you to check out.

We have several options for you but the Flash Solid Steel Adjustable 2-Ball Mount - 2" Hitch part # FA49-00-5900 is not designed for use with weight distribution. Instead you will want to use something like the Reese Weight Dist Shank 8-5/8" Drop - 1,400 lbs Part # RP3344.
