To install the T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Full-Size Pickups # TH37002XT you would have to remove the tonneau cover since this rack wraps around the inside of the bed rails which would interfere with the tonneau cover. With your style of tonneau there isn't a similar ladder rack that would fit with either.

Since your tool box covers the top of the bed rails you'd have to install the ladder rack behind the box after removing the tonneau.
