2,200 lb Axle Replacement System for Triton Snowmobile Trialer
Question:
Hi my name is Dennis. I have a 1996 Triton 4TCSS1105TH,I am in need of an axle replacement. The axle has a 71” Hf and a 54” Of with 3” over axle mount. I have been doing a great deal of searching and I have only been able to find the Triton axle #02360. Is there any other options?

We have an option to replace the torsion axle on your 1996 Triton snowmobile trailer, but do not carry any torsion axles. Instead, the best option we have is a Timbren Axle-Less trailer suspension system which are simply bolted or welded so you do not have to worry about finding an axle that meets any specific measurements. They also offer you an improved ride compared to a traditional through-axle because the Timbrens work independently so if there is a bump on one side of the road it won't rattle your entire trailer.
The Triton axle 02360 you mentioned is a 2,200 lb axle so the replacements you can from Timbren are:
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle Only - 2,200 lbs # ASR1THDS01
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Spindle with Brake Flange - 2,200 lbs # ASR1THDS02
- Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - 4" Lift Spindle with Flange - 2,200 lbs # ASR1THDS03
I have added links to a couple video reviews for you to check out.
