Pollak 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Connector wire clamp
Question:
The wire clamp for my Pollak 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Connector on my Blue Ox coiled pigtail vibrated out and was lost. Is it possible to replace the clamp without buying, shipping and rewiring a whole knew plug?

The keeper/clamp you are talking about is not available separately unfortunately. It is an important part as well because it is designed to keep the pressures off of the actual connection and on to the main wire. I recommend replacing it as soon as possible or the wires going into it are likely to be pulled out. Use the connector you looked at Pollak 6-Pole, Round Pin, Trailer Wiring Connector - Trailer End part # PK11604 and your issues will be solved.
A couple quick tips for you...
Once you've wired on your new plug use Loctite RTV 598 High-Performance Silicone Gasket Maker part # LT37467 to fill in the plug an it will never corrode on you. Those plugs usually trap moisture and cause corrosion issues which promote shorts.
Use a little Loctite Threadlocker 242 - Medium Strength - 1/4" to 3/4" Nuts/Bolts part # LT37418 on the screw that you lost and you won't have to worry about it again.
