will this work on my 91 Silverado standard cab long bed. If not do you have one that will. Id rather splice into the tail lights rather than run all new wiring

The Converter # HM48925 is indeed designed to tap directly into a vehicle's taillight circuits. Your truck uses a combined wiring system, so the converter box would be providing circuit protection to isolate the truck wiring from any short circuits that might occur in the trailer wiring. To install, the green wire taps into the right turn circuit, the yellow wire into the left, the brown into the taillights and the red and the while would be grounded to the truck.
There is a plug and play option available though, part # 118315. Because the electrical systems of a 1991 model year vehicle weren't too terribly sophisticated compared to those of today, circuit protection isn't anywhere near as important and I see no reason why you couldn't take the less expensive and difficult option of the plug and play harness.
