It all depends on where your spare tire sits in relation to the center of the hitch pin hole of the trailer hitch on your Flagstaff camper. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the closest edge of the first wheel hoop is 8" and then from the center of the hitch pin hole to the upright it's 15" (see attached photo).

Please note that this bike rack hasn't been tested and approved for use at the back of a camper. Since the trailer hitch sits further away from the axles compared to passenger vehicles there is more movement and not all bike racks can handle this.

For a similar bike rack from Swagman that sits further away and is rated for use on a towable trailer I recommend the Dispatch # S44FR. From the center of the hitch pin hole to the boxed part that is pivots on measures 12", to the closest wheel cradle is 18", and the to the upright is 35" (see attached photo).

Not only is the Dispatch better for use on a trailer, but it also includes bike and rack locks for peace of mind, plus it has a 45 lb per-bike weight capacity as opposed to the 35 lb per-bike capacity of the XTC-2.
