The Reese M5 Series 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # RP30922 is designed specifically for the Ford OEM puck system so it will not fit into the puck system on your Ram.
If you're looking for a high weight capacity 5th wheel hitch that fits right into the puck system on your Ram 3500 then I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3600, which is rated for 25K. If you have a short bed on your pickup then it would be better to use a sliding 5th wheel hitch for trailer-to-cab clearance. In this case the Curt Q24 # C16546 with the Adapter Rails # C16022 is what you need.
