Troubleshooting Lippert Electric Jack Operating Very Slowly
Question:
I had trouble with the jack not extending. I finally got it unfrozen. Now it moves vey slowly like if it could be running off the battery instead of the 120 plug. how can I check this? Is there a fuse from the 120 that could have blown? The rest of the trailer is powered up fine.

If your Lippert electric jack is moving very slowly, it could very well be the symptom of a weak/bad ground connection. The Lippert # LC285318, which is the current version of your existing jack, grounds through its mounting hardware.
I highly recommend making sure that it's contact with the trailer frame doesn't have any rust or corrosion preventing a solid connection. It might even be worth it to completely remove the jack from the frame, clean off and sand down the trailer frame where it mounts, and re-attach attach everything.
Please let me know if this helps (or if it doesn't) and we can go from there!
