While we can get you the correct hydraulic brakes as well as an actuator, the measurements you gave for your bearings only coincide with one idler hub. The issue with bearings is that the measurements do need to be very exact, so I strongly recommend using a digital caliper like # PTW80157 and measuring your spindle where the bearings ride to get the exact measurement.
Since you mentioned a 10 inch brake drum, and you got the (fantastic looking) Aluminum Viking Series Valhalla Trailer Wheel # AX02350545BMFL that have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern, I think it is likely you need a hub like the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2" # 84546UC3. This hub uses inner bearing # L68149 which has a 1.378" inner diameter, and outer bearing # L44649, which has a 1.063" inner diameter. I've added a link to our selection of trailer hub and drums, as well as a link to a help article on bearings I recommend checking out.
For the actuator, I highly recommend the Dexter DX7.5 Drop-N-Go Brake Actuator # 099-175-20 because it is zinc-plated for corrosion resistance, which is perfect for a boat trailer, and will work with a 2" hitch ball. It mounts to a 3" wide channel and has a 7,500 lb capacity.
The hydraulic drum brakes I recommend are the corrosion-resistant Hydraulic Brake Kit # AKFBBRK-35-D which will fit a 4-bolt brake mounting flange are 10" diameter x 2-1/4" wide, and rated for 3,500 lb axles so you'll want to make sure your trailer meets all of those requirements. You'll need Mounting Hardware # BRKH10B with these brakes, and I've added links to video reviews for you to check out as well.
