The only real difference between oil bath and grease hubs are the seals the hubs use. The Titan Disc Brake Kit and Leverlock Actuator w/ Electric Lockout # T4843400 that you referenced comes with grease caps and the correct seals so it would be a very simple transition. You'd just pack the hubs with grease like normal and you'd be totally set.
The best grease for trailer hub applications is the LMX Red like part # L11390 as it's the most heavy duty, is water proof, and is also compatible with most all other greases. Then for a gun we the Performance Tools Grease Gun # PTW54290 which is very easy to use and well made so it will last a long time. I attached review videos for both part numbers for you to check out as well.
