The two confirmed front hitch fit options you have to choose from for the 2008 Toyota Tundra include Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 65080 or Curt Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # 31198.
Both are high quality hitches that wil do the job but the Draw-Tite is my recommendation as it's stronger with a 500lb rated for the vertical load which is the tongue weight of the front mount hitch. This is the amount of weight the hitch can carry, and the line pull capacity is the straight line pull rating for using a winch.. The # 31313 is not a confirmed fit however.
