Recommended Ball Mount and Trailer Ball for 2019 Ford Ranger
Question:
How much do you suggest for a receiver installed on a 2019 Ford Ranger.

Expert Reply:
I'm assuming you're wondering which ball mount you're needing. When installed, the receiver tube will be about 19 inches off the ground, given that the average trailer coupler height is 17-18 inches, I'd recommend the # AMSC2 which offers a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop, depending on the orientation you use it in. For a 2 inch ball, use # 63845 or # 19260 for a 1-7/8 inch ball.
