Will these straps fit my older 9032 carrier to carry fat bike with 4in tires.I realize the width of the tire slot narrower

Yes, the Fat Bike Straps # TH985101 are compatible with both the older (discontinued) Thule EasyFold TH9032 and the newer EasyFold XT # TH903202! Attached is a clip from the linked instructions where you can see that all of the hardware for either one is included.
