I've linked to our selection of chains that are a fit for 275/70-18 tires. The best chain option for you will depend on your vehicle itself (some vehicle owner's manuals call for certain types of chains for certain tire sizes because of clearance issues) your budget, and how often you'll find yourself in situations where you'll need to use them.
As a first step, consult your owner's manual to see if your vehicle manufacturer has any specific advice or prohibitions regarding tire chain use. If your vehicle has clearance problems when using certain tire sizes, the vehicle manufacturer might call for a Class S chain to be used. A class S chain offers a minimum of 37mm of clearance to the wheel well and 15mm of clearance between the inside of the tire sidewall and the vehicle.
If your owner's manual specifies a Class S chain, a cable chain like the # PW3029C from Glacier Chain would be recommended.
If you don't need a Class S chain, you have more options. If you need a set of chains because you'll be driving the mountains out West one time and having snow chains in your possession is mandated, an inexpensive set like the # TC3029 from Titan Chain would work well. If you'll be driving in snowy areas frequently, a better more durable set like # PWE3229SC from Pewag would be a good choice. These chains feature square links that really bite into the snow for good traction.
The Konig chains you'd looked at, part # TH01594267 are a great product, but they aren't a fit for your tire size nor does Konig make a similar type that would fit.
Whichever set you choose, I'd recommend practicing how to install them while in your driveway or garage. Best to learn the process there than while kneeling in a snowdrift along the edge of the road.
I'll link you to some help articles with more information about snow chains.
