How to Mount B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer to Gooseneck Adapter on Ford F-250 with Factory Pucks

I have a bandw companion 5th wheel hitch in my chevy that goes into bandw gooseneck. Now have Ford F250 with factory gooseneck prep. wondered if they make a different post for the companion so i could use it with factory gooseneck hole.

I definitely have a solution for you, however there isn't a standalone post that you could use to attach your existing B&W Companion 5th Wheel Hitch to the factory gooseneck hole on your 2019 Ford F-250.

What you can do though is replace the base on your Companion with either part # BWRVK3305 if you have/need the fixed unit (have a long bed truck) or part # BWRVB3370 for the slider (if you have a bed shorter than 8 feet). These are perfectly compatible with the head unit on your existing Companion and will allow it to attach to the factory 5th wheel pucks on the bed. These are the 4 pucks surrounding the center gooseneck hole.
