Furrion Observation system

Question:

Hi. We had a Furrion Observation system in our 2019 Rockwood travel trailer which was terrific.. We never had an issue with the picture. We traded in the 2019 travel trailer for a 2020 Rockwood travel trailer. We noticed the picture on the monitor is now reversed. Definitely NOT a good thing while driving because it shows moving traffic on the opposite side. Very dangerous too. We figured out how to correct the reversed picture. However each time the monitor is turned off we must correct the reversed picture. Could you please advise us how to permanently correct the picture. We press menu key then use arrow key then correct picture then pressed power key. It only temporarily corrects picture until unit is turned off.

Try checking to make sure that your rear camera is paired to the "rear camera" location for the monitor. I'm not 100% sure why you would be consistently having this issue if you saved the setting but when we have reached out to Furrion in the past this is what they have told us to start off checking. Let me know if you're still having issues and I can assist you further.
