Troubleshooting Pace Edwards UltraGroove Tonneau Cover Not Operating Smoothly

I recently bought this ultra groove cover from your store. It closes tremendously tough and opens only while being pushed. Installation went smoothly as per instructions. I was wondering if you had any recommendations?

I reached out to my contact at Pace Edwards about the Pace Edwards UltraGroove # 311-KMC95A17 you mentioned and he said that it sounds like you don't have enough side-to-side space. Double check the dimensions that are in the installation instructions to make sure everything is properly in place. On the back of the clamp extensions there are some plastic shims. If you remove those then you will have some extra space side-to-side which should allow your tonneau cover to operate a bit more smooth.
