There are a few things to consider when replacing a jack on a trailer. If you are replacing an A-frame jack, the mounting whole pattern is pretty much standard (3 inches apart on center). However, the shape of the mounting bracket could be round or more tri-angular.

You also need to consider the tongue weight of the trailer and the amount of lift you need plus any clearances that may interfere with the jack. The best thing to do would be to get the measurements and capacities of your existing jack and then it will be much easier to determine the best replacement.

I have included a link to the powered jack options for you to view. From the images of the 2005 Jayco Eagle that I have seen, it looks like a Bulldog jack, like # BD500200, would be a good choice.
