Very close and I think it's close enough that it'll work for you. The wheel you mentioned is a steel mod wheel that's 16 by 6 inches with a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern. The capacity is 3,500 pounds. We have part # AM20757 which is a black mod wheel with a 6 on 5-1/2 and it's 16 by 6 inches but the capacity is only 3,050 pounds. Lower than the wheel you mentioned but it still meets the 3,000 pounds you're looking for.
The wheel doesn't come with a valve stem and if you add our metal stems, part # AM20906, it'll handle the 110 psi.
We also have part # AM20758 which is a black conventional wheel with the same specs except its pilot hole is only 3.65 inches compared to the 4.27 inches of the mod wheel.
