Trailer Hitch For A 2019 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 With Factory Step Bumper

We've been working on converting our Mercedes-Benz 2500 Sprinter to a camper and need a hitch for a bike rack to carry our 2 electric fat bikes. What do you recommend for both? It has the 170 inch wheelbase with factory bumper.

A great hitch for your Sprinter is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # 13358. It's a solid choice we've seen many customer's have success with. Plus the 2" receiver allows for a variety of accessories to be carried should you want to do more than biking down the road.

The perfect companion for this hitch would then be the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE 2 Electric Fat Bike Rack # HLY74FR. It can accommodate up to 80 lbs per bike with tire widths up to 5". Even though it weighs 54lbs itself, it is both strong and light.
