AutowBrake Not Calibrating With 7-Pin Round

Question:

I purchased an autowbrake controller. I have a 7 pin round plug wired into my junction box as well as a traditional 7 way plug. Using the 7 pin round I cannot get the autowbrake to calibrate. I have hooked all corresponding wires as instructed. But I assume that because the brake and turn signals are not the same as the traditional 7 way I am not completing the circuit as necessary. Is there any trouble shooting advice you can share? I have a pillar 7 pin to 7 way adapter, but also cannot get anything accomplished that route either

If you are wiring the Autowbrake Electric Brake Controller part # 3430001 to the 7-Pin instead of 7-Blade then you will need to make sure the junction box is wired by function instead of color since the circuits are different on the 7-pin like you mention. I recommend to make sure the Autowbrake is wired with the correct functions in the junction box. The Autowbrake wires

Blue - trailer brakes
Black - power wire
White - ground wire
Green/Yellow - brake/turn signal lights

You want to make sure those wires are attached to the correct circuit according to the 7-pin.
