The fifth wheel or gooseneck towing capacity of a 2014 Ford F-150 can vary from 5,500 lbs to 11,300 lbs depending on options such as engine size, axle ratio, cab type etc. If the towing capacity of the vehicle exceeds the loaded weight of the trailer then yes so you can tow it but you will need to verify your exact towing capacity since there are so many options.
In order to tow a fifth wheel trailer, you will need a fifth wheel hitch, fifth wheel hitch brackets/rails, and an in bed wiring harness. The Curt A16 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch part # C16521 with the Curt Custom Fifth Wheel Installation Kit part # C16441-204 and the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness part # C56070 is my recommendation because it is a great starter kit with quality components and minimal modifications. I also recommend the Timbren Rear Suspension Enhancement System part # TFR1504D to help the vehicle handle the added weight of the trailer.
