Recommendation and Differences Between Available Trailer Hitches for 2020 Honda Odyssey
Question:
What are the differences between the hitches available for the 2020 Honda Odyssey? Which one is best for my Thule bike rack?

Both Class II and III hitches are available for the 2020 Odyssey. Because there's a much better selection of hitch mounted accessories for the more common Class III hitches, that's what I'll typically recommend.
Of the Class III hitches, the primary difference between them is how concealed the hitch itself is once it's installed. The etrailer.com brand Class III hitch, part # e98855 would be completely visible under the rear bumper when installed. The same would hold true for the Curt # C13370. Any of the three hitches would work great for you, but the only objection folks have is how visible the hitch crossbar is.
Curt and EcoHitch each offer a better option, # C64NR and # 306-X7372 that have the crossbar completely concealed behind the rear bumper. The only visible portion of the hitch is the receiver tube and the safety chain loops. Both hitches install in the same basic manner and would require temporary removal of the rear bumper cover. I'd recommend the Curt model, as it's roughly half the cost of the EcoHitch model for a hitch of similar quality. This hitch would work just great with your Thule rack.
