Yes, for your 2020 Subaru Outback Wagon I highly recommend the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch Receiver # C67JR, which will line right up to existing holes in the vehicle's frame rails for a simple bolt-on (no-drill) installation and features a superior powder coat finish that will do a great job of holding up to the elements. It offers a 4,000 pound towing weight capacity and a 600 tongue weight limit.

I have attached the complete installation manual below that you can also look through. All the needed hardware will be included.

Then for a wiring harness the Tekonsha T-One # 118467 will work perfectly. This will plug into a factory port behind the driver side trim panel at the rear to provide you with a 4-Way connector for powering your trailer's signal lights. I have included an installation video that you can follow along with as well.
