Will Air Lift Airbags AL59561 Fit 2017 Toyota Tacoma TRD with Leveling Kit

2017 Tacoma TRD Off Road. If I have already have a 3-1 leveling kit installed, can a air lift be installed as well to help when towing? Thank you

Air Lift Ride Control Air Helper Springs for the rear axle of your 2017 Tacoma TRD part # AL59561 will work great to help when towing, even with the leveling kit installed on your truck, because of how they are going to mount.

The air bags are going to mount between your Tacoma's frame and the leaf spring pack. Since the leaf spring pack is on top of the axle, the block for the leaf springs will be on the bottom, and have no effect on the air spring installation.

When installing any air lines or air bags I recommend the Air Lift Hose Cutter part # AL10530, to ensure that the lines are cut cleanly, and leak free.

If you want to add some convenience to your set up, I recommend Air Lift WirelessONE Compressor System for Air Helper Springs part # AL25980EZ. This is my favorite air compressor that I have installed and used. It has a wireless remote and can also be controlled using an app from your smartphone. You can make any adjustments to your air bags without getting out of the truck, this is really nice if the load on your trailer changes frequently. It prevents having to find an air compressor and hose to fill the bags.

The wireless one compressor is also one of the most straight forward installs I have done, there are only a few wiring connections, none of which have to be ran inside the cab since the remote is wireless.
