Do I need tightener for PW1030?

The rubber adjusters aren't required but are highly recommended to help keep the # PW1030 cable chains securely in place. The actual adjuster needed will depend on your wheel diameter. For wheels smaller than 16 inches, use # PW100 or # PW99 for wheels larger than 16 inches. Each set includes two adjusters.
