Right Turn Signal Always Has Power When Testing 4-Way with Circuit Tester
Question:
The tested power to the ground point and it shows 12.3v. On the connector the green wire always shows 12v, the brown show 12v when the headlights are turned on and the yellow shows only about 2.6v when the left turn signal is turned on.

It sounds like you have a classic ground issue with the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness part # C56348. When testing the 4-Way with a tester like Curt LED 4-Way Flat Connector (Vehicle End) Tester part # I26 the right turn like should only light up when you activate the right turn function. If it is always illuminated like you mentioned, I recommend to make sure the ground wire of the harness is attached to a clean bare metal surface on the frame. If you don't have a proper ground one or more of the functions may have power without being activated. Please let me know if this doesn't work for you and we can troubleshoot further.
