Recommended Cargo Carrier for Rear of Camper
Question:
Do they make one a little bit smaller, and that would attach to the rear bumper of my camper?

We do indeed have some cargo carrying solutions that will work great for you, but everything we offer would mount using a hitch receiver, not by bolting directly to the bumper.
If your camper has a 4 inch square channel bumper, an inexpensive receiver like # E-100 could be used.
Another option would be a frame mounted hitch, like # C13701 for frame members 18-51 inches apart or # C13704, for frame members 22-66 inches apart. A frame mounted hitch would provide the strongest installation.
Once the receiver is in place, you can add a cargo carrier like the # C18113 from Curt. The carrier measures 22-1/2x49 and is very light, weighing only about 25 lbs.
I've linked to some installation and product description videos for the products I recommended.
