need a trailer hitch for my 2019 volkswagen tiguan it is a lease vehicle its for a Thule T2 bike rack

Since your 2019 Volkswagen Tiguan is a leased vehicle you definitely want the Curt Class III Trailer Hitch 2" Receiver part # C13381 which does not require fascia trimming like the other options. The Curt sits just below the fascia so it does not require trimming. To install the exhaust does need to be lowered but it can easily be put back into place with the rubber isolators after installation. The Curt installation is as simple as bolting the hitch up to the frame with the factory hardware from the frame. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
Your T2 Thule Bike Rack like part # TH83JV or # TH69TX will work well in this 2" hitch.
